Tuition Refund & Cancellation Policy

A student may cancel enrollment and receive a full refund of tuition if cancellation occurs within 5 days of signing the enrollment agreement, or before instruction begins, whichever is later. [CONFIRM exact window with state law.]

To cancel, notify NIHST WORX Academy in writing at the contact address below.

After the cancellation window, refunds are pro-rated based on the portion of the program elapsed at the student's last date of attendance. Once 60 percent or more of the program has elapsed, no refund is due. [CONFIRM the exact pro-rata schedule and any non-refundable registration fee with the state schedule.]

Refunds are issued to the original payment method within 30 days of the withdrawal date.

A student may withdraw at any time in writing. The school may also withdraw a student for cause per the code of conduct. The refund due is calculated as above from the effective withdrawal date.
