What we collect
Identity and contact information, date of birth (used only to derive the transport-eligibility age gate), enrollment and coursework progress, exam results, on-the-job hours and supervisor sign-offs, attendance/seat-time, payment status, and credentials earned.
How we use and share it
We use records to deliver training, verify on-the-job hours, gate credential issuance, and produce the outcome reporting that workforce funders and sponsors require.
We disclose individually identifiable records to a sponsor (for example the Cowlitz Indian Tribe) or a state workforce agency ONLY with the student's signed data-release consent. Aggregate, de-identified statistics may be published without consent.
Your rights
Students may access their own records, request correction of inaccurate records, export their records, and request deletion subject to the records-retention requirements below. Manage these from your account or by contacting us.
Retention
Credential and verification records are retained indefinitely so credentials remain verifiable. Other student records are retained for [CONFIRM retention period, typically a multi-year minimum for workforce-funded training].
