Enrollment agreement

This is an enrollment agreement between you ("the student") and the National Institute for Hazardous-Location Safety Technicians, WORX Academy ("the school"), for the Hazardous-Location Awareness.

Tuition for this program is $750, payable to NIHST WORX Academy. By signing, you agree to pay this tuition through the checkout that follows.

You may cancel this agreement and receive a full tuition refund within the cancellation window stated in the Refund Policy, or before instruction begins. After that, refunds are pro-rated per the published Refund Policy. [DRAFT figures pending attorney review.]

The school will provide the online coursework, hands-on lab instruction, and supervised on-the-job hour verification described in the catalog. A NIHST credential is awarded only when you complete all coursework, pass the certification exam, and accumulate the required signed on-the-job hours. Enrollment and payment do not guarantee a credential.

You agree to the school's Code of Conduct, Satisfactory Academic Progress policy, Privacy & Records policy, and Complaint & Grievance procedure, each linked in the site footer. You certify that the information you provide is accurate.
